We know that summer is on the horizon, and the sun is coming out and the weather improving probably doesn’t get you thinking too much about where you’re going for your Christmas lunch. However, we can reveal that KACCL 2017 tickets are already on sale, and here’s all the reasons why you should get your ticket today…
KACCL is proudly supported by our main sponsor Crowthers Accounts, who contribute funding and staff members’ time to make sure the event is the best it can possibly be! KACCL stands for Kirklees and Calderdale Charity Christmas Lunch, and it was set up last year to provide a chance for like-minded local business people to mingle and celebrate the Christmas period in style. With last year’s event being such a success (we raised £18,000 for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice!) we were sure that we had to make the same thing happen this Christmas time too!
If you aren’t aware of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice and their great work, they are a local charity that provide care for children and teenagers with life-shortening illnesses and work hard to make their lives as full of joy as possible. We were honoured to be able to raise such a huge sum for the charity this year – but we’re sure that with year’s event and your help we can raise even more!
So on Thursday 7th December join us at the Cedar Court Hotel from 11pm for a day of fun festivities, starting with a champagne reception upon arrival. The event will be hosted by MC John Danbury, with spectacular entertainment being provided as well as a host of fun games to keep us all busy between each course of our delicious three course Christmas-themed meal.
Tickets are priced at only £50 per person for tables of 10 – 12 people, with all profits going straight to Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice and other organisations that are yet to be announced.
So yes, although we may only be seeing the start of summer with tickets already selling like hot cakes, be super organised and make sure you get your hands on tickets to this prestigious event here .
