JR Group UK is one of the founding members of KACCL.
As one of the UK’s leading textile and property groups, JR Group UK is owned and managed by the fourth and fifth generations of the Taylor family and has sites across the region in Kirklees, Calderdale and Bradford.
The Group had been looking for some time for a worthwhile local children’s charity with which it could become involved. Having attended WACCL (Wakefield annual charity Christmas lunch) for the past few years, JR Group UK Managing Director, James Taylor, was aware of the excellent work it does in that community. He did not hesitate, therefore, when he was invited to join as a founding member of KACCL to build success in the local community.
After raising £18,000 in the inaugural event, it is hoped that the JR Group can contribute to many more years of fundraising for children’s charities in Kirklees.
